Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed and you wish to receive a refund, unfortunately we cannot help you.

If you wish to no longer be charged again please email us at support@sprise.ltd and we will cancel your subscription.

How to get a refund?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and/or subscription please email us at support@sprise.ltd and we will refund your payment to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may be processed over several days depending on your bank.
